On January 21st , in Düsseldorf , the election of the European Yacht of the year by journalists coming from 11 European countries was held. The ETAP 46DS received the award as Innovative Yacht of the Year 2006 . This award is very important since competition is across the whole range of preselected ships.
The motivation of the jury: “The ship excels by many well thought and practical details. This is a great step forward in style, with an actually cosy, comfortable and seagoing interior. She sails well, even in light air, behaves well at sea, and has real temperament from 3 to 4 Bf”.
These awards are another proof of Etap Yachting’s competence and confirm their ambition as leaders in innovation.
